Bee The Future CY

✅From 12th to 19th of October 2025 🗓️ , the city of Willemstad, Curaçao 🇨🇼 became the meeting point for passionate youth workers from Curacao 🇨🇼, Germany 🇩🇪, North Macedonia 🇲🇰, Türkiye 🇹🇷, and Cyprus 🇨🇾, who came together to take part in the ELEVATE project — an Erasmus+ Training Course 🇪🇺 focused on promoting entrepreneurship, non-formal education, and social inclusion through youth work.

✅Our organization, Bee the Future CY 🐝, was proudly represented by four active youth workers who joined forces with peers from across Europe and the Caribbean to explore innovative ways of supporting young people with fewer opportunities. 🌎

✅Throughout the week, the participants took part in a series of non-formal learning activities 👨‍🏫, interactive workshops, and creative sessions that aimed to develop practical skills in entrepreneurship education 💹, youth coaching 👨‍🏫, and leadership development.
The program encouraged open dialogue, cultural exchange, and collaborative problem-solving, creating a safe and inspiring environment for sharing best practices and innovative ideas. 💬💡

✅One of the highlights of the project was the visit to the University of Curaçao, where the group had the opportunity to meet with local students and educators, exchange experiences, and explore the academic and cultural context of youth work in the Caribbean. This visit symbolized the bridge between formal and non-formal education, showing how both approaches can complement each other in creating meaningful learning experiences for young people 🎓🤝. Another significant moment of the project was the celebration of Erasmus+ Days 2025 🇪🇺, which brought together participants and local community members in a joyful and intercultural atmosphere. Through games, presentations, and storytelling activities, youth workers shared the core values of the Erasmus+.
