Discover Erasmus+ Opportunities and Explore Your Future with Artificial Intelligence
How can international learning experiences open new doors for your future? How can artificial intelligence help you identify your skills, explore career opportunities and make more informed decisions about your professional development?
On 14 October 2026, Bee the Future CY invites young people, aspiring professionals and anyone interested in lifelong learning to join our Erasmus+ Days 2026 event, โUsing AI to Support Career Choice & Development,โ in Nicosia, Cyprus.
This interactive one-hour event will bring together Erasmus+ experiences, international learning opportunities and the practical use of artificial intelligence in career exploration. Participants will have the opportunity to discover how Erasmus+ can support personal and professional development, hear inspiring stories from international mobility experiences and explore how AI tools can be used to reflect on their skills, interests and future career possibilities.
The event combines inspiration with practical learning, encouraging participants to take an active role in shaping their futures and discovering opportunities available through European cooperation and digital innovation.
๐ช๐บ Erasmus+: Learning Without Borders
Erasmus+ offers opportunities to learn, develop new competences, meet people from different cultural backgrounds and gain valuable experiences beyond traditional educational settings.
Through youth exchanges, training courses, learning activities and international cooperation, participants can develop communication, teamwork, intercultural understanding, creativity and other competences that are valuable in both personal and professional life.
However, discovering these opportunities is only the beginning. Knowing how to identify suitable activities, understand their learning value and connect them with personal goals can help individuals make better use of the possibilities available to them.
During our Erasmus+ Days event, participants will learn more about Erasmus+ opportunities and hear stories inspired by international learning experiences. These experiences demonstrate how stepping outside familiar environments can encourage personal growth, broaden perspectives and help individuals discover new interests and ambitions.
The event will also introduce participants to the work of Bee the Future CY and our involvement in Erasmus+ activities, non-formal education and international cooperation.
Our goal is to encourage more people to explore European learning opportunities, become active participants and recognise the value of learning through experience.
๐ผ Using Artificial Intelligence to Support Career Development
Artificial intelligence is becoming an increasingly visible part of education, employment and professional development. When used thoughtfully, AI tools can help individuals explore career options, organise their ideas and identify areas in which they may wish to develop new skills.
Yet, choosing a career is a personal process that requires more than receiving suggestions from a digital tool. It involves understanding individual interests, values, abilities, ambitions and circumstances.
Our interactive workshop will explore how AI can support this process by helping participants ask questions, organise information and investigate different professional pathways.
Participants will have the opportunity to discover practical ways to use AI for career exploration, including:
- Discovering personal skills and interests: Exploring questions that can help identify strengths, interests and areas for further development.
- Exploring career possibilities: Using AI to investigate different professions, understand typical responsibilities and discover potential career pathways.
- Identifying skills gaps: Exploring the knowledge and competences associated with different professional roles and identifying possible learning priorities.
- Supporting professional development: Discovering courses, learning activities and practical steps that may help individuals work towards their goals.
- Preparing for the world of work: Exploring how AI can support CV development, interview preparation and professional communication.
The workshop will focus on practical applications that participants can explore and adapt to their own needs. No advanced technical knowledge is required; the emphasis is on understanding how to use AI as a supportive tool for learning and career exploration.
๐ง Responsible AI Use: People Remain at the Centre
Although AI can provide useful ideas and information, it is important to understand its limitations.
AI-generated suggestions may be incomplete, inaccurate or influenced by assumptions. Career recommendations should therefore be treated as starting points for further investigation rather than definitive answers about what someone should do with their future.
During the workshop, we will emphasise the importance of critical thinking, checking information against reliable sources and considering personal circumstances before making decisions.
Participants will also be encouraged to use AI responsibly by protecting personal information, avoiding unnecessary disclosure of sensitive data and recognising that technology should support rather than replace independent thinking.
The aim is not to allow AI to choose a career for us. Instead, it is to discover how digital tools can help us ask better questions, explore possibilities and make more informed decisions.
By combining human judgement with responsible use of technology, young people can become more confident in navigating an evolving educational and professional landscape.
๐ค An Interactive Experience with Practical Value
The event is designed as a short, engaging learning experience that combines Erasmus+ inspiration with practical exploration.
Participants will have the opportunity to discover international learning opportunities, listen to experiences from the Erasmus+ community and engage with AI-assisted career exploration.
Through the practical workshop, they will be encouraged to reflect on their interests, consider different professional possibilities and explore how digital tools can support their personal development.
The event also provides an opportunity to connect with Bee the Future CY, learn about our activities and discover ways to become involved in future Erasmus+ opportunities.
Whether you are exploring your first career options, considering a change in direction, looking for opportunities to develop new skills or simply curious about the role of AI in the world of work, this event offers an accessible starting point.
You do not need to have a clear career plan before attending. Sometimes, discovering new opportunities begins with asking the right questions and being open to new experiences.
