BEE THE FUTURE CY is a non-profit organization based in Larnaca, Cyprus. Dedicated to fostering positive societal change, our organization focuses on social inclusion, environmental protection, and digital education through the innovative use of non-formal learning methodologies. We strive to empower youth, youth workers, adults, and marginalized groups by providing opportunities for personal and professional growth, bridging gaps, and fostering a sense of community.

Type and Size

As a medium-sized organization with 30 active youth and youth workers, BEE THE FUTURE CY is powered by a dedicated team of professionals, educators, volunteers, and community leaders. This blend of expertise enables us to adapt and respond to the needs of our beneficiaries effectively, while maintaining the flexibility to innovate and expand. Our operational scale allows us to balance meaningful local impact with collaborations on national and international levels.

Scope of Work

Our work is deeply rooted in the local context of Larnaca, a multicultural and vibrant city, yet our initiatives extend beyond local boundaries to national and international platforms. We aim to address the pressing issues of our time, ranging from social inequality and environmental sustainability to the growing need for digital literacy. Locally, we engage with the community through workshops, events, and collaborations with schools, municipalities, and local businesses. Nationally, we contribute to the development of Cyprus as a hub of innovation and inclusion, while on the international stage, we participate in Erasmus+ programs, cross-border partnerships, and knowledge exchange networks.
