“Resonance” is an international training course focused on well-being as a foundation for personal and professional growth. Through mindfulness and embodiment practices, reflective workshops, creative methods and intercultural group activities, participants our 3 youth workers from 🇨🇾 explore self-awareness, emotional intelligence and inner balance.

3 Youth workers from our NGO take active part in this experience, actively contributing to the learning process while promoting Bee the Future CY 🐝🇨🇾, sharing Cypriot traditions, practices and perspectives in a truly intercultural environment.
