✨ About the Project – Resonance
This project focuses on well-being as a key part of personal and professional development. Together, we will explore how to strengthen physical, mental, and emotional balance through:
✔️ Reflective workshops & self-discovery exercises
✔️ Mindfulness and embodiment practices
✔️ Art, journaling, and creative tools for growth
✔️ Group activities on emotional intelligence & intercultural learning

By joining, you will gain practical strategies for resilience, empowerment, and balance in both life and youth work.

👤 Who Can Apply?

22+ years old motivated participants

Youth workers, educators, social workers, mentors, or volunteers with relevant experience

People with studies in psychology or active in NGOs (e.g. Red Cross, community organisations)

Motivated to learn, share, and grow in an international environment
