👤 1 Group Leader
🔹 Age 18+ (mandatory)
🧑🤝🧑 5 Young Participants
🔹 Age 18–20 (mandatory)
🏡 During the exchange, participants will:
🌱 Explore green leadership practices
🗣️ Develop communication & teamwork skills
🎯 Participate in non-formal education activities
🌍 Meet young people from different European countries
💚 Create ideas for a more inclusive and sustainable Europe
💶 Travel Budget for Cyprus:
✈️ Maximum reimbursement: 360 EUR per participant
