Bee the Future CY is promoting the Erasmus+ Training Course โInclusion & Diversity in Youth Work,โ taking place in Bansko, Bulgaria, from 22โ28 October 2026, plus travel days.
This international training course brings together youth workers who want to explore practical approaches to inclusion and diversity, exchange experiences with colleagues from different backgrounds, and develop new methods for their daily work with young people.
Throughout the training, participants will explore the meaning of inclusive youth work, discover practical tools and non-formal education methods, challenge assumptions and unconscious bias, and reflect on how to create safe spaces where every young person feels respected, valued, and encouraged to participate.
